Low-cost Psychoanalysis

Psychoanalysis is a process for long term healing. Unlike other forms of psychotherapy, sessions are more frequent (3 times a week or more) and are long term (a commitment of 12 months or longer). Psychoanalysis can be beneficial to most everyone.

Our post graduate level candidates, who work under the supervision of senior analysts, will collaborate with you to help you clarify and achieve your treatment goals. Psychoanalysis can benefit you whether you struggle with depression, panic and anxiety, relationships or family issues. Meeting more frequently and with more emotional depth will allow you to understand and heal your current life struggles. Change happens when you and your analyst build a therapeutic relationship to understand and work through childhood experiences, dreams and fantasies, and hopes and fears and their impact on your current life. Meeting more frequently allows you and your analyst the opportunity to focus on your relationship to help you better understand yourself and your interactions with others. Working with a trusted psychoanalyst in a safe and confidential environment can be a great step in reaching your personal, relationship and mental health goals.

Life can bring many challenges. In psychoanalysis with a caring and knowledgeable analyst and a desire for change, you can develop a flexibility to face life’s challenges. You can discover and build curiosity, a sense of humor, and develop a tolerance and acceptance for vulnerability and painful feelings. Psychoanalysis can give you the opportunity to form positive relationships and to live your life with greater satisfaction.
